MY NEXT CLASSROOM WILL BE ON Monday June 17th and Tuesday June 18th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. each day. Mark Frase has 24 years of Driver Instruction Experience. He graduated from Emporia State University with a degree in Education and a minor in Drivers Education. Mark is a Kansas certified instructor who understands the importance of developing a good foundation when beginning the driving experience. Defensive driving techniques and strategies are emphasized within the classroom and driving instruction.
Safety First Driving takes a limited number of students per month to assure that each student receives the best instruction possible. Mark also emphasizes the importance of making learning to drive a team effort involving the student, parent(s) and instructor.
To successfully complete the program and receive a Certificate of Completion from the State of Kansas each student must satisfactorily complete 8 hours of classroom and 6 hours of behind the wheel instruction.
